Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
By the project, always. We define scope precisely at the start, agree a fixed price, and that is what you pay regardless of hours worked on our side.
What is included in post-launch support?
Bug fixes, minor content updates, browser compatibility issues, and technical questions. New features or scope changes are quoted separately.
Do you offer payment plans?
Standard split is 50% on project start and 50% on delivery. For larger projects (€8,000+) we can structure milestone payments.
Do prices include VAT?
Quoted prices exclude VAT (TVA). French clients are charged at the standard rate. International clients within the EU may be subject to reverse charge — confirmed at quote stage.
Can you work within a budget I already have set?
Yes, as long as the brief is clear and the timeline realistic. We will tell you honestly what fits and what does not.
